Revision of Timings and Routes of ELCITA Free Shuttle
Dear ElCitizens,
Commute between E-City West Phase to East Phase had been a matter of concern for ElCitizens and us as connectivity had been poor and erratic.
Elcita now has Four Intra E-City Free Shuttle Buses, which plied from opposite directions with most pickup and drop points having a bus passing by every 20 minutes.
We thank you for your overwhelming support and feedback. We are excited to announce that we have extended route No 1 and 3 up to Brand Factory on Neeladri Road with revised timings.
Our buses are fitted with GPS and all around CCTV cameras. You would be able to track the position of the buses if you have installed the Elcita Citizen app for Android on your mobile. For your convenience, we have embedded the route map and links.
Indicative timings of the buses are also enclosed. Timings are subject to variation due to traffic congestion on the roads.

While this is an outstanding support given to help people navigate, there are issues faced where we are not able to scan the QR code. I sincerely request if there could be another means of updating as well

Unable to download revised shuttle timings pdf
Location of the shuttle buses are not known and we don’t even know if the bus is arriving or we are just standing simply, please make locations of the shuttle buses visible so that it will be useful for everyone.
Keep the gap of at least 9 hours from morning to evening rides. Please keep duration of 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes between shuttle buses having the same route. All 4 shuttle buses timings are not available in this application so please update timings for better convenience. Most of the people unable to use the evening shuttle service due to early departure of shuttle buses, specifically for the bus no 2 and 4. Request you to change the timings, at least maintain 9 hours gap.
Thanks for introducing the Brand factory route. It is really helpful for so many at Neeladri. A suggestion to change from 7:45 am to 8:15 am or so from Brand factory as there is already a shuttle at 8 am and mostly people don’t leave so early to reach phase 1/2 offices.
Also the evening 5:30 pm shuttle didn’t arrive
yesterday, nor did the App show in the tracking.
Would appreciate if the route timings and corresponding tracking on mobile app could be up to date

Not able to see the timing schedule and the routes.
And what is the procedure to board the shuttle
The route 1 and route 3 timings in the evening have only five minutes difference.
Eg. Trip 5 has 5:25 pm and 5:30 pm departure from Phase 2 towards Brand factory. Would suggest if route 1 can start Trip 5 at 5 pm or 5:10 pm. This will space out the time and those who take 8 am shuttle can complete nine hours of job and board in the evening conveniently.
Please update which shuttle and timings in evening from Infosys Equinox (infront of gate 3) to phase2
